- Compliance with Art. 119 CIRS - income statements and tax returns;
- Map of remuneration / leaf holiday insurance for accidents at work;
- Management of database of human resources / personnel records (faults, low, overtime, night, bonuses, awards, grants, admissions, dismissals, etc..).
2) Social Security
- Declarations pay - digital media, taking into account the periodicity required by law;
- Application fee reductions of contributions;
- Subscribe to taxpayers and data updates;
- Communication of admission of the company;
- Statement link worker by worker;
- Notice of dismissal of workers by the company;
- Application for unemployment benefits;
- Application for certificates;
3) Authority for Working Conditions
- Preparation of map of working hours;
- Preparation of map of vacation;
- Framework workers - professional categories and tables;
- Framing company ESRD (Instrument Regulatory Collective Labour);
- Preparation and delivery of the Single Report (Health and Safety at Work Training among other data).
4) Various
- Notifications / Circulars on the obligations relating to working conditions and implementation of the management system of hygiene and work that can be provided through external collaborator (see partnerships - hygiene and occupational safety);
- Help for completing surveys INE;
- Incentives for job creation (exemption from social security contributions and work experience);
